My interest in photography started when I was thirteen years old, I went to youth club and started to learn to develop and print black & white film. As my interest grew I used photography to enhance my presentaions for my "A" levels.

I attended Port Talbot Camera Club and learned all about presenation and mounting, composition and the technicalites of processing E4 slide film, it was a great time.

At Swansea College of Art I had a wonderful time, I studied the technical side of photography.

I finished College and on December 13th 1982 in started work in the photography department of South Wales Police.
